Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LabLog (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Lab administrators are responsible for managing membership and access for their lab organization.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the entries, attachments, comments, and other content you create on LabLog. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, and display your content as needed to operate the Service (including transmitting it to our AI provider for classification, extraction, and answering features).
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use LabLog to store content that is illegal, infringing, or contains personal health information of identifiable third parties without authorization. Don’t attempt to break the Service, scrape it, or use it to generate automated abuse.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
Free plans are subject to daily AI-call caps. Paid plans (Researcher, Lab, Enterprise) renew on the cadence selected at checkout. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion; we generally refund unused full months.
6. AI output
AI-generated structure, summaries, and answers can be wrong. LabLog does not guarantee the accuracy of AI output and you remain responsible for verifying any AI-derived content before relying on it for safety, regulatory, or publication purposes.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
